The 45-minute week that actually beats another crash diet

Most busy people don't fail because they don't know broccoli is good.

They fail because the plan they buy assumes a life they don't have: 90-minute lifts, Sunday meal prep, zero dinners out.

If you work a desk job, the protocol that sticks is boring:

Protein first at every meal. Palm-sized. Then produce. Then a carb you like. That's the plate. Not a 1,200-calorie spreadsheet.

8,000 steps. After-lunch walk. After-dinner walk. Phone calls on your feet. Steps are the fat-loss work your job stole.

Three full-body sessions, 45 minutes. Squat, push, hinge. Next day: lunge, press, pull. If you miss one, do it tomorrow. Never skip two in a row.

Do that for four weeks and clothes fit different. Energy stops falling off a cliff at 3pm. You don't "go on a diet." You run a week you can run again in November.

That's FitNutrition Protocol. Inside: the 4-week Reset course, coaching chat, weekly plans. $47/month.

If you've been "starting Monday" for a year, start with three calendar blocks and protein at dinner tonight.
