The only 3 exercises a complete beginner actually needs
Everyone overcomplicates their first gym routine. You don't need a 6-day PPL split. You don't need 15 supplements. You need 3 movements.
1. Goblet Squat — builds your legs, core, and teaches you how to move properly. Grab a dumbbell, hold it at your chest, squat until your elbows touch your knees. 3 sets of 10.
2. Dumbbell Row — your back is the foundation of your physique. One knee on a bench, pull a dumbbell to your hip. 3 sets of 10 each side.
3. Push-ups — the most underrated exercise on earth. Can't do full ones? Start on your knees. No shame. 3 sets to failure.
That's it. 3 exercises, 3 times a week. You'll build real strength in 30 days.
I built FitPath to give complete beginners a clear, no-BS path into fitness. If you're tired of information overload and just want someone to tell you exactly what to do — this is it.
