I made a $47 deep work system with 50% affiliate commission — looking for promoters

I spent months figuring out how to beat procrastination. Not with motivation hacks — with systems.

I packaged everything into The FlowState System — 4 actionable frameworks:

šŸ”¹ Procrastination Pattern Breaker — identify your avoidance triggers

šŸ”¹ Environment Design Checklist — 30 items to eliminate distractions

šŸ”¹ 90-Minute Focus Block Framework — the deep work protocol

šŸ”¹ Deep Work Planner — weekly + daily tracker (printable)

$47 one-time purchase. No subscription. No fluff.

I set the affiliate commission to 50% ($23.50 per sale) because I'd rather have others promote it while I focus on making great products.

If you struggle with procrastination → check it out.

If you're an affiliate looking for something easy to sell → grab your link.

I built a system that killed my procrastination — here's the framework

I used to lose 3-4 hours every day to procrastination. Not lazy scrolling (okay, some of that too) — but the sneaky kind. "Productive" procrastination. Reorganizing my desk. Doing easy tasks first. Reading about productivity instead of actually doing the work.

Sound familiar?

After testing dozens of methods — Pomodoro, time blocking, accountability apps — I finally cracked the code. It came down to 3 things:

1. Identify your Procrastination Pattern

Everyone has a default avoidance behavior. Mine was "research mode" — I'd convince myself I needed more information before starting. Once you name your pattern, you can catch it in real-time.

2. Design your environment BEFORE you need willpower

Willpower is a losing strategy. The people who focus best don't have more discipline — they have fewer distractions. Your environment does 80% of the work.

3. Protect 90-minute Focus Blocks

Not 25 minutes (too short to hit deep work). Not 3 hours (unsustainable). 90 minutes is the sweet spot backed by ultradian rhythm research. One block in the morning can outperform an entire "busy" day.

I packaged everything I learned into The FlowState System — a complete deep work toolkit with planners, worksheets, and frameworks. One-time purchase, no subscription, no fluff.

If you're tired of ending the day wondering where the time went, this is for you.

Stop planning to be productive. Start producing. šŸ”’
