Most student Notion setups are way too complicated. 47 databases, 12 views, zero clarity.

After testing dozens of systems, here are the only 3 pages that actually move the needle:

1. Weekly Command Center — One page where you see your classes, deadlines, and priorities for the week. No scrolling through 5 different databases. Everything in one glance.

2. Assignment Tracker — A single database with status (Not Started → In Progress → Done), due date, and class. Sort by due date. That's it. No Kanban boards, no fancy formulas.

3. Habit Dashboard — 3-5 daily habits max. Check them off. See your streaks. The visual consistency is what builds momentum, not the complexity.

The mistake most people make is building a "life OS" before they've even used Notion for a week. Start simple. Add complexity only when you feel the friction.
