Most agencies hire too early.

DM automation that qualifies inbound leads with 3-4 questions, scores them, and books qualified ones directly on your calendar. Unqualified leads get a nurture sequence. Most agencies see 2-3x more booked calls within a week.

3. Weekly client reporting (n8n)
