Buy the Halloween STL Pack. After payment, open STL Downloads inside the product and download the files yourself. You do not need to message us to receive them. This is a one-time purchase with continued access to the files included in this product.

Printer help is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, or print-quality issues. It is not included with the STL pack.
