Before we get into anything, I want you to know where this came from.

I wasn't always the confident person you see on TikTok, Instagram and the rest of my social media today. Behind the videos, there were years of doubt, overthinking and moments where I wanted to shrink instead of show up. What changed me wasn't one big moment. It was a lot of small ones: the failures nobody saw, the nights I questioned if I was good enough, and the quiet moments when no one was watching and I chose to keep going anyway.

FORGE is all of that in one place. It's what's been going on in my mind, the principles I've taken from people who helped me, and the exact path I took to go from doubting myself to believing in myself. I'm genuinely excited to show you guys what I've learned. I hope it helps you the way it helped me. Let's get into it.
