If you're 25 and still waiting for a raise to save you

A raise is a 5–10% bump. Freedom by 30 is a math problem.

Three numbers decide it:

  • The gap between what you earn and what you spend

  • How fast you can raise your skill (and your rate)

  • How long your money sits in assets instead of a checking account

Most people in a 9–5 obsess over the first one and ignore the other two. That's why they still feel broke after a promotion.

If you're 22–29 and you want out: pick one extra income skill you can sell in 90 days, automate a transfer the day you get paid, and stop treating investing like a hobby. Time in the market beats another year of "I'll start when I make more."

That's the whole game. The rest is excuses with better branding.

Most small businesses don't need a designer. They need a system.

A lot of owners hire a designer for one invoice, one proposal, one Instagram set — then six months later everything looks different again. That's not a branding problem. That's a repeatability problem.

The 80% of client-facing work is the same five documents on a loop: quote, invoice, onboarding, social post, thank-you. If those look cheap, you look cheap. If they look consistent, you look like a company.

You don't need a $2,000 brand package for that. You need files you can duplicate, swap your name into, and send the same day.

That's what I built Bee around. Templates first. Designer later — if you even still want one.
