2. Open STL Downloads after purchase.

3. Download the STL files and print notes.

You keep access to the files included in that product after checkout.

Printer support is separate. 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is not bundled with the STL pack, and buying files does not include a support session.

Printer Chat and Print Guides are for print settings and basic troubleshooting. They are not unlimited support.
