Refused a refund due to the role system not being used accurately in the server.
The support is horrible. Save your time and money and go elsewhere
The support is trash and when I asked for a refund since I got kicked out, they didn’t give it.
They're not giving me a refund when I said I don't want the product anymore and I already bought it and I've had it for five days. You should have a 30-day money-back guarantee, pieces of garbage.

Terrible customer service. Banned me right away, when I requested a refund for the $75 due to me not able to use it they refused to refund. Now I have to dispute with bank because they wont refund and will not give any support. 0/10 recommendation.
