Gantrybox sells two separate products. They are not bundled.

Workshop STL Pack

Print-ready STL files for desk organizers, cable clips, hex bins, phone stands, and workshop fixtures, sliced for hobby FDM printers (Ender, Prusa, Bambu, K1, and similar).

After you subscribe:

1. Open STL Downloads to get the files.

2. Use Print Guides for basic print settings, FAQ, and troubleshooting notes.

3. Use Printer Chat if you have a question about a file or a print setting.

Subscription renews automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. File access stays active while the subscription is active.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support (sold separately)

This is a separate product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each 2-day billing cycle includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, extrusion, bed leveling, and common print failures. It is not lifetime support and not unlimited support.

If you only need files, buy the STL pack. If you need a live troubleshooting session, buy the support product.
