The 3-Step Framework That Turns Cold Audiences Into Paying Customers

Most people overcomplicate marketing. They chase tactics, jump between platforms, and wonder why nothing sticks.

Here's the framework I use with every business I work with — whether it's a freelancer making their first $5k or a company pushing past $50k/month:

Step 1: Pick ONE channel and go deep.

Stop spreading yourself across 6 platforms. Find where your ideal customer actually hangs out. For B2B? LinkedIn and cold email. For consumer? Short-form video. Go all in for 90 days before switching.

Step 2: Lead with value, not pitches.

Your first touchpoint should teach something or solve a problem. A free guide, a teardown video, a case study. If your content makes someone think "this person actually knows what they're talking about" — you've already won half the sale.

Step 3: Make the next step obvious.

Every piece of content should have a clear CTA. Not "follow for more" — something real. "Join our free community for the full breakdown" or "DM me and I'll audit your funnel." Remove friction.

That's it. Channel → Value → CTA. Repeat until it breaks.

I'm running a free community here on Whop where we go deeper on this stuff — real frameworks, teardowns, and a group of builders actually putting in the work. Come through.
