Ankh and Eye of Horus: how I wear them as one ritual
People treat these as two separate charms. I wear them together.
The Ankh is life force. Breath, vitality, staying in your body. The Eye of Horus is watchfulness. Protection, clarity, catching what you would rather not see.
When the two sit on one pendant, the ritual is simple:
Put it on before you leave the house.
Name one thing you want to keep (your energy, your peace, your focus).
Name one thing you will not take on today.
Touch the crystal once. That is the seal.
If it starts to feel heavy, it is not broken. It is full. Moonlight or sage. Then wear it again.
Gold-tone holds up for daily wear. Keep it dry in the shower. Wipe it with a soft cloth. That is the whole care list.
