The 3 things that actually changed my body (not what you think)
I spent years doing the wrong stuff — overcomplicating workouts, following diets that weren't sustainable, and never sticking to anything longer than 3 weeks.
Here's what actually moved the needle:
1. I stopped chasing perfection and started chasing consistency. 3 workouts a week, every week, for 6 months straight. That's it. No crazy split. No 2-hour gym sessions.
2. I found women who were on the same path. Having a group text where someone asks "did you go today?" hits different. Accountability > motivation.
3. I made it about how I feel, not how I look. The body changes came, but they came AFTER I stopped obsessing over them.
That's literally why I started Girl, Glow Up. It's a community for women who are done with the BS and ready to actually show up for themselves.
If that's you — come through. 🫶
