The looksmaxxing advice nobody wants to hear

Everyone wants the jaw exercises and the $80 serum. Almost nobody wants to hear the actual order of operations, so here it is:

1. Body fat before bone structure. No amount of mewing or jaw exercises will reveal a jawline that's covered by 22% body fat. If you're not lean, that's rung one on the ladder — not skincare, not a haircut, not a new fit.

2. Sleep is the free steroid. Under-eye circles, dull skin, bad posture, low energy in conversation — most of it traces back to 5-6 hours of sleep. Fix this before buying anything.

3. Posture changes your face. Forward head posture pulls your jaw back and down and makes your neck look shorter. Ten minutes a day of chin tucks and wall posture checks does more for how you look in photos than most 'jawline' products.

4. Fit > brand. A $30 shirt that fits your shoulders and waist beats a $200 shirt that doesn't. Get one thing tailored before buying anything new.

5. Confidence is trainable, not innate. The visible stuff (skin, jaw, hair, style) gets you noticed. How you carry yourself — eye contact, pace, posture — is what actually gets you liked. Most people skip this because it can't be bought.

I built out a structured 7-module program (skin, jawline, hair, grooming, style, posture, mindset) with daily action items instead of vague advice, plus a community to stay accountable. Link in my profile if you want the full breakdown.
