Welcome to GPU Scalp Intel

You're in. Here's exactly how to use this membership from day one.

---

What Drops Every Monday

Every Monday morning you receive the GPU Scalp Intel Weekly Pack with five components:

  1. Mining Profitability Timing Report — top 5 GPU SKUs ranked by mining economics with Buy/Sell/Hold signals

  2. Weekly Scalp Signal Brief — the top 3 SKUs with full execution instructions (max buy, target sell, sourcing channels, margin estimate)

  3. Restocking Alert Digest — retailer restock predictions with confidence ratings and monitoring instructions

  4. Miner Sell-Pressure Forecast — floor price estimates and stabilization signals for each tracked SKU

  5. 7-Day Forward Outlook — macro conditions, network events, retail calendar, and capital posture recommendation

---

Before Your First Pack Arrives

Complete these steps before Monday:

  • Finish Module 3 of the course (Price Spread Analysis) — every BUY signal requires you to run your own spread confirmation

  • Create accounts with saved payment info at BestBuy, Newegg, Amazon, and B&H

  • Join 2–3 Discord hardware resale servers (r/hardwareswap Discord, GPU Buy/Sell servers)

  • Configure NowInStock alerts for your target SKUs

  • Bookmark Whattomine.com and set it to your actual electricity cost

You're not ready to execute until these are done. Front-load the setup.

---

Where to Find Everything

  • Course → GPU Scalp Timing Mastery — start here if you're new. Modules build on each other.

  • Community → Intel Community chat — ask questions, share trades, post results

  • Weekly Packs → weekly market intelligence delivered every Monday

---

Your First Week Drill

Don't trade Week 1. Use it to:

  1. Read the full Weekly Pack

  2. Run a practice spread analysis on the top BUY signal (math only, don't execute)

  3. Complete your monitoring stack setup

  4. Post your practice spread in the Community for feedback

Week 2 is when you execute. By then you'll have one full cycle of context to act on.

---

Questions? Drop them in the Intel Community channel. New packs every Monday. Let's go.

How GPU Scalpers Actually Use Crypto Mining Cycles (and Why Most Miss It)

How GPU Scalpers Actually Use Crypto Mining Cycles

Most GPU resellers are reactive. They see a card trending on eBay, they buy, and then they wait — hoping the price holds while they find a buyer.

The ones making consistent money are doing something different. They're trading the cycle, not the card.

---

The Pattern No One Talks About

GPU prices don't move randomly. They move in a predictable rhythm driven by one thing: mining profitability.

When GPU mining is profitable, miners buy. Demand spikes. Resale prices rise 15–30% above normal.

When mining profitability collapses (coin price drops, difficulty spikes, or a major farm shuts down), miners dump. Supply floods secondary markets. Prices drop 10–20% below the 30-day average.

This cycle repeats — sometimes monthly, sometimes quarterly — but it repeats. Every time it does, there's a window to buy cheap and a window to sell high.

---

The Buy Window

The buy window opens when miners are forced to liquidate. You'll see it in three places simultaneously:

  • eBay sold listings spike for GPU-mineable SKUs (RTX 3060, 3070, RX 6800 XT series)

  • Facebook Marketplace and Mercari prices drop 8–15% below last month's eBay comps

  • Mining subreddits fill with "leaving mining" posts and bulk rig sales

When 3 of those 4 signals hit at once, the window is open. You have roughly 3–10 days before consumer prices adjust upward.

The formula is simple: buy at (30-day eBay avg × 0.72). That buffer covers all fees and still leaves clean margin.

---

The Sell Window

The sell window opens when mining becomes profitable again. Profitability spikes first. Hashrate rises 3–7 days later. In that lag period, miners are desperately buying cards before difficulty catches up.

That's your exit. You're selling before the difficulty increase kills the economics.

---

Why Most Scalpers Miss It

Because they're watching the wrong things. They're tracking trending eBay listings and Reddit hype. They're not watching Whattomine, hashrate charts, or difficulty adjustment schedules.

The mining cycle data is public. It's just not where most GPU resellers are looking.

---

What This Looks Like in Practice

A mining profitability collapse happens. You identify the buy window using the signals above. You source 5–8 units at or below your max buy price from miner liquidations on Facebook Marketplace and Discord.

Three weeks later, profitability recovers. Miner demand spikes. You list across Discord, eBay, and local. Every unit moves within 7 days at 20%+ above what you paid.

Rinse. The next cycle starts within 4–8 weeks.

This is the framework we run every week inside GPU Scalp Intel — mining profitability timing reports, scalp signal briefs, restock alerts, and a 7-day forward outlook, delivered every Monday.

If you're already flipping GPUs and want the market timing layer on top, that's what we built this for.
