Yard props die in wind because the walls are too thin
Most Halloween STLs look fine on the plate and fold over the first windy night.
The usual miss: 2 walls, 6% infill, PLA, no brim. That's a display piece, not a yard piece.
What I slice for anything over 18 inches:
3 walls minimum, 4 if it's a tombstone or a silhouette
10–12% infill, gyroid
PETG if it lives outside
Split tall models so the join sits below the wind load
Brim, not raft. Raft hides a bad first layer.
If the first layer is glossy in the middle and matte at the edge, your bed isn't actually level. Fix that before you reprint the whole prop.
GraveSTL files are built around that workflow — print-ready, not "add your own supports and hope."
