Attraction is not a trick. It's a pull.
Most guys try to get attractive by adding things: better lines, better clothes, a new haircut they saw on a reel.
That stuff can help. It doesn't create the pull.
The pull comes from two things sitting in the same body: you look like you take care of yourself, and you feel like someone who isn't asking to be chosen.
Physical: sleep, posture, skin, how you walk into a room. Not a six-pack. Presence.
Mental: you stop performing. You hold eye contact. You don't fill every silence. You have a life that isn't built around being liked.
If you only work on one, people can tell. Looks without self-respect reads as empty. Confidence without the body to back it up reads as a bit.
The Gravity Method is the short version of how I think about both. No pickup scripts. No "be an alpha." Just the parts that actually change how people respond to you.
If that sounds like what you've been missing, it's here.
