Stop posing like you're waiting for a bus
Most Instagram photos look stiff for one reason: people stand square to the camera and hope the template saves it.
It won't.
Three things that actually change the shot:
Turn 15 degrees. One shoulder closer to the lens. Instant shape.
Put weight on the back foot. Front knee soft. You look like you meant to be there.
Camera at collarbone height, not above the head. That's the angle that makes clothes and jawlines read on a grid.
Do those three, then drop the photo into a template. The template is the frame. The pose is the picture.
