Most business owners don't have a website problem. They have a blank-page problem.
A custom landing page from an agency is $2k–$8k and six weeks. Meanwhile the offer is sitting in a Google Doc.
The owners who actually get traffic aren't waiting on that. They take a funnel that's already been used — waitlist, webinar, VSL, checkout — swap in their copy, and run ads the same week.
That's the whole point of a template marketplace. Not "inspiration." A page you can ship before the idea goes cold.
What I look for in a template before I'd sell from it:
One job. Waitlist, book a call, or take payment. Not all three.
The CTA is above the fold. If I have to scroll to know what to do, it's a brochure.
Mobile first. Instagram traffic doesn't land on desktop.
Copy slots that are obvious. If I need a designer to change a headline, it's not a template.
If you're buying: pick the funnel type first, then the look. If you're listing: say who it's for in one sentence and what page it is.
Halcyon Templates is $29/month. That's cheaper than one round of revisions.
