HatchMesh sells print-ready STL files for hobby FDM printers, plus a separate 1-hour online 3D printer support session.

Workshop STL Pack is the STL file subscription. After subscribing, the STL files will be delivered to you through Whop Messages within approximately 5–10 days. Once delivered, you can download the files and use them with your preferred slicer software. Print Guides contains setup notes, Printer Chat is available for questions about the files and print settings, and Announcements covers pack updates.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product and is not included with the STL pack. Each 2-day billing cycle for this product includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes.

Both products are subscriptions that renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. They are not lifetime access.
