Halloween STL Pack is the file subscription. After checkout, open STL Downloads to grab the models. Use Print Guides for slice notes and Printer Chat for print questions. Access stays active while that subscription is active. It renews automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a different product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each 2-day billing cycle includes one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, and print quality. Book it only if you want that help.
