How downloads work

Checkout is a one-time card payment. You keep access to the files included in this product. Open STL Downloads, download the pack, and print.

Printer help is a separate product

If a print fails or you want a 1-on-1 session for setup, slicing, calibration, or print quality, buy 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That session is not included with the STL pack.
