Buy the Halloween STL Pack, then open STL Downloads to get the files. After payment, access is granted automatically. You download inside Whop. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

Printer support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product: one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, and common print issues. It is not included with the STL pack.
