2. Open STL Downloads after checkout.

3. Download the STL files included in that product.

You keep access to the files in this product after you buy. This is not a lifetime support promise.

Printer help is a separate product

Need setup, slicing, calibration, or print-quality help? Buy 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That is one online session of up to 60 minutes and is not included with the STL pack.
