Most people don't fail at habits. They start too many.
The typical reset plan is five habits at once: gym, journaling, no phone in bed, meal prep, 5am.
That's why it dies by week two.
One habit, done daily, compounds. Five habits, done when you feel like it, doesn't.
If you're stuck, cut the list to one. Make it so small you can't talk yourself out of it. Stack it onto something you already do — coffee, commute, brushing your teeth.
That's the method I put into The Habits Playbook: a simple how-to for beginners, not a 300-page theory book.
Start with one. Protect it for 14 days. Then add the next.
