Left the Discord or Telegram group and still got charged? We understand that's super annoying and frustrating, so we made this article to help understand what went wrong.
Leaving the Discord or Telegram associated with your group does not cancel any of your active subscriptions on Whop.
Why not? In order for your subscription to be considered canceled, you must login to your Whop account and head to the Orders page to manage the automatic renewal. If you don't, our system still believes you would like to continue with your subscription as normal.
