Most Halloween STL files look great on the plate and fall over on the lawn.

Here's what I design for:

Weight the base, not the figure. A 2mm shell with 8% infill on a ghost is useless outdoors. Put the mass in a wide, hollow-but-fillable base you can drop sand or gravel into after printing.

Split tall pieces. Anything over 250mm gets a keyed joint. Print the head and body separate, glue after. Less warp, easier reprints if one part fails.

0.2mm / 3 walls / 15% gyroid. That's the default for props. Bump to 4 walls only on thin fence posts and fingers.

Seal PLA if it lives outside. Two coats of outdoor poly. Skip this and rain turns your print chalky in a week.

The STL pack is print-ready files. The 1-hour repair is a separate one-time session if the machine is the bottleneck.
