The 3 things I wish someone told me before I started my business
I've watched hundreds of women launch businesses. The ones who make it past year one all figured out the same three things — usually the hard way.
1. Revenue is not validation. Your first sale feels incredible, but it doesn't mean you have a business. You have a transaction. A business is when you can repeat that transaction predictably without burning out.
2. You don't need a bigger audience. You need a deeper one. I've seen women with 500 followers outearn creators with 50K. The difference? They built trust, not reach. DMs > impressions every time.
3. Isolation is the silent business killer. You can watch all the YouTube tutorials and buy all the courses. None of it replaces being in a room with women who are actually doing the work. Accountability beats motivation.
If this resonates, HerEmpire is where we put these principles into practice. Every week. Together.
