This is the public window into HireReady. You can read these posts without paying. The full template, formula walkthrough, and filled examples stay inside the course after checkout.

What you buy

A self-serve resume kit you finish in about 30 to 60 minutes. You fill it in. Nobody at HireReady writes your resume.

What's inside after you pay

  1. How this kit works

  2. Copy-paste resume template (paste into Word or Google Docs)

  3. The bullet formula: action + what you did + result

  4. Filled examples for CNA, warehouse, and retail

  5. How to apply this week (PDF name, 10-minute tailor, one follow-up)

What this is not

Not a 24-hour rewrite. Not a writer in chat. If you send your old resume here, we will point you back to the course.

Scroll the rest of this series for a peek. Then grab the kit on the HireReady page if you want the full thing.

Day 7. Share this kit and get paid on Whop

Want to send HireReady to other people? Use your Whop affiliate link. Do not collect money yourself. Checkout stays on Whop.

How it works

  1. Open HireReady

  2. Grab your unique affiliate link (it has your username on it)

  3. Share that link. When someone buys through it, Whop tracks it for 30 days and pays you a 30% commission

Rules if you share

  • It is a self-serve kit. You fill it in. Do not promise a custom rewrite or a 24-hour writer

  • Do not paste the full templates in public

  • Point people here so they can peek, then to checkout

Anyone on Whop can promote it. If you already bought the kit, share your member link the same way.

This is how the campaign spreads without you writing resumes for strangers.

Day 4. How you actually use it

Four steps. No chat. No waiting.

  1. Pay once and open the Resume Kit course

  2. Copy the one-page template into Word or Google Docs

  3. Fill in your jobs using the formula and the CNA / warehouse / retail examples

  4. Save as FirstLast_Resume.pdf and apply to 5 jobs before you close the laptop

Before you start, have nearby:

  • The job title you want

  • Last 2 to 4 jobs (title, company, city, dates)

  • School, GED, or certs (CNA, forklift, ServSafe)

The template itself is in lesson 2 after checkout. We do not paste the full template here so the kit stays the product.

Day 3. Who this kit is for

This kit is for people applying this week who need a one-page resume tonight.

Good fit:

  • CNA, caregiver, warehouse, stocker, retail, cashier, receptionist, cook, driver, cleaner

  • You have 2 to 4 jobs you can list, even if the titles feel small

  • You do not want to hire a writer, and you do not want to wait 24 hours

Bad fit:

  • You want someone else to write the whole resume for you

  • You need a federal / academic CV

  • You want live coaching in chat

If you are in the first list, the course walks you from a blank page to a PDF you can send.

Day 2. Steal this bullet formula

Every job line on your resume should look like this:

Action + what you did + result

Weak: Responsible for helping patients.

Stronger: Assisted 8 to 12 patients per shift with bathing, feeding, and vitals.

Weak: Stocked shelves and other duties as assigned.

Stronger: Unloaded 2 to 3 trucks per shift and restocked 40+ pallets.

Weak: Managed the store.

Stronger: Ran a 12-person floor, opened and closed 5 days a week, and kept register variance under $5.

You do not invent fake revenue. Count things you actually saw: patients, trucks, tables, drawers, people you trained.

The full action-word list and the “no number” version live in the course.

Day 6. Apply this week, not “someday”

A resume that sits on your desktop does nothing. The last lesson is the apply checklist.

  • Save as PDF. Name it FirstLast_Resume.pdf

  • Open the posting. Pull 5 to 8 words they repeat into your Skills line if they are true

  • Change the first line of Summary to the title in the posting

  • Apply on the company site first, then Indeed. Walk in with paper if the store still takes it

  • Follow up once after 5 business days. Then apply to the next job

  • Skip the cover letter unless they require one

Common ways people blow a good resume: photo, tables, “seeking a challenging opportunity,” a typo in the phone number, applying to 3 jobs and waiting.

Finish it today. Send 5.

Day 5. A peek at the filled examples

Inside the course there are three fake people. You steal the structure, then swap in your facts.

CNA / caregiver

Summary + skills like patient care, vitals, ADLs, HIPAA. Bullets about residents per shift, vitals, charting.

Warehouse / stocker

Summary + skills like receiving, RF scanner, pallet jack, forklift. Bullets about trucks, orders picked, pallets.

Retail supervisor

Summary + skills like shift lead, cash office, training. Bullets about team size, new hires trained, register variance.

If your job is none of those, keep the same sections: Summary, Skills, Experience, Education. A receptionist, cook, driver, or cleaner still uses that shape.

Full copy-paste resumes are in the course, not here.
