This shop sells two separate things:

Workshop STL Pack — print-ready STL files for hobby FDM printers (tools, fixtures, and printer upgrades). Pay once. After checkout, open STL Downloads to grab the files. Access does not expire.

1-Hour Printer Support — a separate one-time session if your machine is clogged, the first layer will not stick, or you need live setup help. Access lasts 7 days so you can book and use that hour. It is not lifetime support and it is not bundled with the STL pack.

3. Download the STLs and print

Need machine help? Buy 1-Hour Printer Support. Do not expect printer repair inside the STL pack.
