This is how sessions work at Home Tuition Institute.

Session length

Each lesson is 60 minutes, in the student's home or online.

Cancel or reschedule

Write in Student Chat at least 24 hours before the start time. We will offer a new slot in the same pack.

Late cancel or no-show

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or nobody joins the confirmed session, that lesson is counted as used.

If we are late

If we are more than 15 minutes late, we add a make-up session at no extra charge.

Pack window

The 8-session pack should be used within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds

If no session has been delivered, you can request a full refund in Student Chat within 7 days of purchase. Unused sessions can be refunded in proportion after that. Delivered, late-cancelled, and missed sessions are not refunded.

Payments

Pay only on this Whop checkout. Do not send tuition by personal transfer or cash.

Home Tuition Institute offers one-to-one tutoring for school and exam students. Lessons are 60 minutes and can be in the student's home or online.

How booking works

1. Choose the 8-session pack on the Products tab

2. Enter the student name, grade, and subject at checkout

3. After payment, open Student Chat and send three weekly time options

4. We confirm the tutor match and the first session time in chat

Before you book

• Sessions last 60 minutes

• Cancel or reschedule in Student Chat at least 24 hours ahead

• A late cancel or no-show counts as a used session

• Prepaid pack sessions should be used within 90 days

• All tuition is paid on this Whop page. Do not send lesson fees anywhere else

After you book

Paid members get Student Chat, Homework Help, and the Student Guide. Parents should stay in Student Chat for schedule and payments. Students can post homework questions between classes.
