Homepage read: on 27 Aug 2026.

  1. Hero widget is frozen in May 2025. The big booking calendar in the hero still shows May 2025. It is August 2026. Every visitor sees a dead demo. Swap it for a live widget, or drop the calendar and put a price in that space.

  1. The actual wedge is below the fold. H1 is “The better way to schedule your meetings.” The line that beats Calendly — “Unlimited and free for individuals” — sits in the Benefits section. Put that in the hero. A rival can own “free unlimited event types” on paid search this week.

  1. Hero has no price and four competing CTAs. “Sign up with Google,” “Get started,” “Book a demo,” and later “Talk to sales.” A first-time visitor cannot tell if this is $0, a per-seat plan, or a sales call. One primary CTA plus a price.

  1. vs Calendly is a footer link, not a homepage module. Testimonials mention switching from Calendly. The comparison page is only in the footer. A “vs Calendly” block above the fold (unlimited event types, price, who it is for) would catch the comparison-shopper the quotes already admit exists.

  1. Healthcare buyer is a quote, not a claim. Navi’s CEO talks HIPAA in the testimonial carousel. Hero, benefits, and FAQ never show a HIPAA/SOC 2 badge or a “for clinics” path. That buyer has to hunt the footer Use Cases. Badge it on the homepage or lose them to a HIPAA-first scheduler.
