Most "AI side hustle" content is recycled ChatGPT screenshots. Here's what's actually working for people building real income right now:

1. Content repurposing pipelines. One long-form video → transcript → 5 short clips + a blog post + a Twitter thread, all in under 20 minutes using a chained AI workflow. This is the single highest-leverage skill for anyone doing content right now, whether it's yours or a client's.

2. Cold outreach personalization at scale. Instead of generic templates, AI models can pull context from a prospect's LinkedIn/website and write a genuinely personalized first line in seconds. Response rates roughly double when the first line references something real about the person.

3. Micro-SaaS scaffolding. You no longer need to be a developer to ship a working tool. AI coding assistants can take you from idea to a functioning app in a weekend — the bottleneck now is knowing what to build, not how to build it.
