Generic ChatGPT gives you a LinkedIn paragraph. You need a text that sounds like you, with your prices, your window, and your callback rule.

The trick isn't a 40-prompt library. It's three prompts you actually reuse:

1. Quote from a job description + materials

2. Schedule / delay / no-show text

3. Invoice follow-up that doesn't sound desperate

If you run a 2-man HVAC or plumbing crew, steal those three first. Everything else is noise until those are in your phone.
