Most people "use AI" by opening ChatGPT, typing a prompt, copying the answer, and doing the rest by hand. That's not automation. That's a slightly faster intern.

The work that moves money is repetitive and ugly:

• Follow up with people who went quiet

• Turn one idea into posts for a week

• Move a lead from "interested" to "paid"

• Keep a weekly ops checklist from slipping

If a task happens more than twice a week, it should run without you. Write the steps once. Let the machine hit them every time. You only step in when a judgment call is needed.

That's the bar. If your AI setup still needs you to copy-paste, you don't have an automation — you have a toy.
