Buying AI software is not an AI strategy
Accounting firms keep buying tools. Partners still do the same admin a month later.
The failure is not the model. It is the install.
A tool with no owner, no SOP, and no change to how work is assigned is a line item. Staff log in twice, then go back to email.
What actually moves a practice:
Pick one workflow that already has volume. Write-up, AP, onboarding, WIP. Not "AI everywhere."
Name one person who owns the output. If nobody owns it, it dies.
Document the before and after so juniors can run it without a partner in the loop.
Do that once. Measure hours returned. Then scale the next process.
That is the work. Not another demo.
