Welcome to Advanced Handstand Mastery 🤸

Welcome to the team. You just made one of the best decisions for your gymnastics career.

What to Do Right Now

  1. Start the course — Head to the Course tab and begin Phase 1. Don't skip the Self-Assessment.

  2. Join the Athletes Lounge — Introduce yourself in the chat. Tell us your current handstand level and your #1 goal.

  3. Film your baseline — Record a wall handstand and a freestanding attempt (even if it's 0 seconds). Post it in the chat for feedback.

Weekly Rhythm

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday — Handstand sessions (20-30 min)

  • Daily — Wrist prep & mobility (5-10 min)

  • Sunday — Film a progress clip and post it for review

How to Get the Most Out of This Program

  • Follow the phases in order. They're sequential for a reason.

  • Post your videos. I review form and give corrections. This is where the coaching happens.

  • Track your numbers. Hold times, kick-up success rates, assessment scores. What gets measured gets improved.

Let's get to work. See you upside down. 🤸
