The 3 mistakes every beginner makes in the gym
I've trained beginners for years. Same mistakes every time:
1. Program hopping. You don't need a new routine every 2 weeks. Pick one program and run it for 12 weeks minimum. Progressive overload beats variety every time.
2. Ignoring nutrition. You can't out-train a bad diet. If you're not eating enough protein (0.8-1g per lb of bodyweight), you're leaving gains on the table.
3. Ego lifting. Nobody cares how much you bench. Drop the weight, nail the form, and build the mind-muscle connection. Your joints will thank you in 10 years.
I built Iron Protocol to fix all three. Structured programming, nutrition guidance, and a community that keeps you accountable.
If you're tired of spinning your wheels, come through.
