The 3 Meal Prep Mistakes Busy Professionals Make (and what to do instead)
I've worked with hundreds of busy professionals on their nutrition, and the same three mistakes keep showing up.
Mistake #1: Prepping too many meals at once.
You spend 4 hours on a Sunday cooking 21 meals. By Wednesday, you're sick of eating the same thing. The rest goes in the bin. Instead, prep 3-4 days max. Rotate two base proteins and swap sauces/toppings to keep things interesting.
Mistake #2: Skipping breakfast because you're "not hungry."
You're not hungry because you overate at 10pm the night before. That cycle keeps your energy crashing at 2pm every day. Even something small — yoghurt and berries, overnight oats — resets the pattern within a week.
Mistake #3: Overcomplicating it.
You don't need a different recipe for every meal. You need 5-6 meals you actually enjoy, made from ingredients you can buy on autopilot. Consistency beats variety every time.
If any of this sounds familiar, I built my coaching programme specifically for people like you — professionals who want structure without spending their evenings in the kitchen.
