Coordinators ignore photographer timelines. Here's why.
Most Saturday timelines fail for the same reason: they are written for the photographer, not for the person running the hallway.
What actually gets followed:
1. End times for getting ready, not start times.
"Hair done by 1:15" is something a coordinator can hold. "Hair starts at 11:30" is not.
2. One buffer after family formals.
Fifteen minutes. That is where every Saturday slips, and it is the block nobody writes down.
3. Who owns each block.
Photographer, coordinator, or couple. If two people think they own portraits, you lose golden hour.
4. A rain version on the same page.
Not a second PDF nobody opens. Same sheet, same names, wet-weather times in the margin.
I stopped rebuilding this every Friday. Same skeleton, new names, new venues.
Steal the four rules. If you want the Canva file, it is on the store.
