Why 90% of HVAC websites lose the customer before they even call
I build websites for HVAC companies for a living, and I see the same three mistakes over and over on shop sites:
No emergency CTA above the fold. Someone's furnace dies at 11pm — if "Call Now" isn't visible in 2 seconds, they're calling your competitor instead.
No local proof. A generic stock photo of a technician does nothing. Real job photos, real reviews, and your actual service area map convert way better than any tagline.
Slow load on mobile. Most HVAC searches happen on a phone, often outdoors, often on bad signal. If your site takes more than 3 seconds to load, you're bleeding leads before they see a word of copy.
Fixing just these three things on client sites has consistently doubled contact-form and call-tracking numbers within the first month — no extra ad spend required.
If you run an HVAC shop and want a second pair of eyes on your current site, happy to point out what's costing you calls.
