They're smarter than we give them credit for. If the energy isn't real, they click away in 3 seconds. Every video I make, I'm genuinely having fun — and that's what keeps them watching.

2. Parents are the real audience.

A kid might click play, but a parent decides if they come back. Safe, educational, and actually entertaining — that's the sweet spot. I hear from parents daily telling me their kids ask for "kateee videos" by name.

3. Consistency beats perfection.

My most-watched video wasn't my best-produced one. It was the one I almost didn't post. Show up every week, give it your best, and the audience finds you.
