@cashflowkey your a complete joke and a fraud. You sit here and false advertise how to do the things you do. You’re nothing but a scammer and your so called “support team” you have is also a complete joke. I will be filing a lawsuit against you and pressing charges. You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing from people who work hard for their money. Instead you sit behind a screen scamming people.

5 things I wish I knew before buying my first home

Buying your first home is exciting — until you realize nobody taught you how any of it actually works. Here's what I learned the hard way:

1. Pre-approval ≠ pre-qualification. Get the actual approval letter before you fall in love with a house. Sellers won't take you seriously without it.

2. The listing price is the starting point, not the final price. Everything is negotiable — closing costs, repairs, move-in dates. Don't be afraid to ask.

3. Inspect EVERYTHING. That $400 home inspection can save you $40,000 in foundation repairs. Never skip it, even if the seller pressures you.

4. Your agent works for you — but so should your research. Drive through the neighborhood at night. Check flood maps. Talk to the neighbors. Zillow won't tell you about the train tracks behind the house.

5. Off-market deals exist, and they're often better. Some of the best properties never hit MLS. You just need to know where to look.

That's exactly why I built Keyz to the City — a place where first-time buyers can find real deals, connect with sellers directly, and learn from people who've been through it.
