Whether you're running Hidden, Stellar, Cyber, or any other AIO bot — these three mistakes are costing you checkouts on almost every drop.

Mistake 1: Running default settings on every site

Every site has different anti-bot measures. Pokémon Centre, Footlocker, SNKRS, Shopify stores — they all behave differently. Running the same delay, the same task count, and the same proxy setup across all of them is a guaranteed way to get banned or miss the checkout window entirely.

The fix: Each site needs its own task group with tailored delays, monitor settings, and proxy allocation. This is exactly what we configure for KICKS Lab members — every setup is built site-by-site.

Mistake 2: Cheap or wrong proxies

This is the #1 reason beginners fail. You bought residential proxies because someone on Twitter said to — but you're running them on a site that needs DCs. Or worse, you're using free proxies that are already burned.

The fix: Match your proxy type to the site. Residential for Pokémon Centre. ISP or DC for retail. And rotate properly — stale proxies get flagged fast. We give every member a proxy guide specific to their target sites.

Mistake 3: Not preparing before the drop

The drop is at 3pm. You start setting up tasks at 2:55pm. Your profiles aren't loaded. Your payment info has a typo. The site changed their product page structure and your monitor is pointing at the wrong URL.

The fix: Prepare 24 hours in advance. Load profiles, test proxies, verify monitors, and check the product page. Inside KICKS Lab, we post setup instructions the day before every major drop so you're ready to go.
