If you can't answer these 5 questions, don't launch yet
Most first digital products fail for a boring reason: the idea never became an offer.
Before you design a page or pick a price, answer these in writing. If two of them are vague, the product is not ready.
1. Who is this for, in one sentence?
Not "creators." Name a person with a job and a constraint.
Example: a freelancer who already has clients, still quotes from memory, and loses follow-ups in email.
2. What do they already try, and why does it fail?
If you cannot name the current workaround, you do not know the problem.
3. What can they use in the first 30 minutes?
A template, a calculator, a script — something they open and use today. Not "mindset."
4. Would they pay $9.99 without a call?
If the answer is "not until I talk to them," you have a service, not a product.
5. How will they hear about it this week?
If the only plan is Discover, ads you cannot afford, or luck, you do not have a launch. You have a file.
Write the answers in a note. Then stop decorating the idea until the offer is clear.
That sequence — audience, problem, product, price, page, 30-day launch — is what LaunchLab is built to walk you through. $9.99. The files stay locked until you buy.
The Hub is free if you only want to look around.
