Views are vanity. The creators who build real audiences focus on depth over breadth. One piece of content that makes someone think "I need to follow this person" is worth more than 100 forgettable posts.

2. Never asking for the subscribe.

Most creators post endlessly but never give people a reason to go deeper. If you have a newsletter, a community, a course — tell people about it. Every single time. The ones who feel "salesy" about it are leaving growth on the table.

3. Creating in isolation.

The fastest-growing creators I know are in rooms with other creators. They share strategies, cross-promote, give each other honest feedback. If you're building alone, you're building slower.
