The plateau isn't a work ethic problem
Most small business owners I talk to are already working 10-hour days. That's not the issue.
The plateau happens when every hour goes into doing the work and none of it goes into choosing the next lever. You keep adding tasks. Revenue stays flat. Then you assume you need a new product, a new platform, or more ads.
Usually you need one of four things, and only one:
More of the right customers
A clearer offer
Cleaner delivery so you can take more work
Cash control so growth doesn't starve the business
If you can't name which one it is in one sentence, you're guessing. Guessing is expensive.
Write the bottleneck down before you buy another tool. Then run one 7-day experiment against it. That's the whole method.
