How to get the files

1. Subscribe to Desk Essentials STL Pack.

2. After checkout, open STL Downloads to grab the files.

3. Use Print Guides for recommended settings and Printer Chat if you have a slicing question about a file.

Printer support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each 2-day billing cycle on that product includes one online session of up to 60 minutes.

Both products are subscriptions that renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. They are not one-time or lifetime access.

Start with the STL pack if you want files. Book the support product only if you need a live troubleshooting session.
