Buy the Desk & Home STL Pack. After checkout, open STL Downloads to get the files. Use Print Guides for print settings and basic troubleshooting. Printer Chat is for questions about these files and slicer settings. It is not a promise of ongoing printer repair.

Printer support is a separate product

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is sold on its own. That purchase includes one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not bundled with the STL pack, and it is not unlimited support.
